Returns for orders before the 7th September
We understand that, especially when buying shoes, there is a possibility that you may need to return them. To help you with this, we have a 30 day returns policy for all orders. All we ask is that the product is unworn, has only been tried on on carpeted surfaces and is in re-sellable condition.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on non-faulty products that have been worn or used. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept underwear or hosiery that has been removed from its original, sealed packaging. Before wearing your shoes outside please make sure that they fit properly, if you find they don't fit at a later stage we will be unable to offer a refund. Any non-faulty products that are returned to us in a worn condition will be returned to the address on the original order. If you believe your item has a fault and the 30 day window has expired contact our customer service for assistance. If your purchase was made within the last 30 days, return your item following the instructions on your return slip.
Please note that any return made using the Royal Mail return label supplied or printed from the link found on your invoice will incur a £2.49 charge. This will be deducted from the total of your return.
